At New Day, when people want to be water baptized we dunk them under the water (immersion). We don't sprinkle them with water. Since we have so many people with Catholic backgrounds at New Day I thought this was worth explaining briefly. "Yohanan the Baptizo", or John the Baptist was literally called "John the Immerser." In Greek (the language the New Testament was written in) there's a word for "immerse" and another word for "sprinkle". "Baptizo" means to immerse. If the gospel writer Matthew wanted to let us know that John sprinkled people (Matthew 3:13-17), he would have used another word: "Rhantizo."
All this to say: John the Baptist was the immerser, not "Rain Man."
